| Making A Purchase Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro are accepted. Outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We will not process your card details for payment until your goods are ready to be despatched. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Carriage charge will be clearly displayed at checkout so that you are fully aware of the total cost before any payment is requested. | Shipping And Handling The charge for postage will be automatically shown on your invoice at checkout and is calculated by weight as follows. Within the UK Less than 1 Kg = £3.00 1 Kg - 2 Kg = £6.50 Over 2 Kg = £10.00 Bowls per set = £12.00 Postage is free in the UK when you spend over £100. (Unfortunately this offer does not apply when purchasing bowls) Within the EU Less than 1 Kg = £5.50 1 Kg - 2 Kg = £10.70 Over 2 Kg and Bowls = Please contact us. | Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within three working days so that you can expect delivery within five working days for UK addresses, although we will endeavour to ship your goods the same day if the order is placed before 12.30pm. If you require your item(s) in less than 5 working days please contact us and we will try to meet your needs. There maybe a small surcharge for this service. |
| Back Orders If your item is not available, we will order it for you. You will always be emailed with an expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Returns Policy You may return any goods which are unsuitable within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in unused condition and complete with their original packaging. Charges incurred for return postage will not be refunded. Please ensure you have proof of posting in case of delivery problems. Refunds will be credited onto the card used for the original transaction and will be done so within 10 working days. This returns policy does not cover special order items, as we are unable to either resell the goods or return them to the manufacturer in this situation.
